Отличный опыт подводного плавания! В воде было легко плавать. У нас было достаточно времени в воде, чтобы насладиться окружением и природой! И Лобстер в комплекте с этим пакетом тоже был потрясающим!

Отличное соотношение цены и качества, персонал замечательный и услужливый. Организация отличная, а транспорт был превосходным. Чофер был милым и все нам объяснил. Еда и напитки потрясающие и вкусные. . . пляж и лодка чистые, и компания хорошо следует протоколу для covid Рекомендуется всем. . .

Excellent service, food was amazing and hot, staff where professional and helpful. We where picked up on time, excellent service from beginning to end. Equipment was clean and new.. Recommend Passion Paradise Catalina Island Tour they are amazing.

this was the best excursion we have ever been on, they are a reliable company and transportation was excellent they pick up us in-front of the lobby and took us directly to the marina, we where welcomed aboard by the staff of Passion Paradise. The boat was clean and staff where very happy and helpful. Equipment was in excellent condition, they even had life vest to snorkel. When we got to the beach staff where there ready to welcome us, service was amazing. The lunch and drinks where amazing... oh and i would recommend trying the VIP Package which is incredible. We would recommend this company to everyone...

We ha d a great time on Catalina, but we made a mistake and went diving with a snorkeling group, DONT DO IT! If you want to dive it (which I recommend) go with a dive company. There were 20+ people on our baot and it was very crowded and took forever to leave because people were arriving so late. Go with a smaller group or a group that is more organized. I am glad we went, it was beautiful, but choosing the right company to spend the day with makes a HUGE difference.

I want to start the review by saying that I tried twice to book a similar tour w/ a different company (Colonial Tours) and had a horrible experience. They lied about what was included, were incredibly rude, want me to PayPal the money before they told me anything about the trip, and finally, the morning I had gotten up early to go, the transport never showed up. I say this because, it REALLY matters which company you use! I had almost given up on being able to do this trip when one of the hotel staff recommended Passion Paradise. It was by far the highlight of my trip. Absolutely incredible experience! This company is run by the coolest family, we got to hang out with 3 generations including the baby! All the staff were kind, professional, safety conscious, and a lot of fun. It fostered a really fun environment on our boat where we all hung out & got to know each other. The food was delicious, MUCH better than anything at the hotel restaurants. They accommodate vegetarian & other special diets. I got a massage on the island which I highly recommend. Obviously the weather, the scenery, the snorkeling, and the beach were amazing! This is a must-do trip & I honestly wouldn’t even consider any other tour company.

This trip was neither great, nor awful. It was average. Nice location, not fantastic snorkeling. Nice boat, not great organization from the staff. There were two boats, probably totaling over 60 and possibly close to 70 people, and not enough staff to service. For example, when we arrived at Catalina, shuttling that many people to shore was time consuming. Then once on shore, the same boat crew STARTED cooking the meal. The group at the adjacent beach area and pavillion, arrived after us, and ate before us. It appeared they had some separate staff at the island already preparing for the boat arrival with guests. Much more organized and less waiting around. Snorkeling from the beach at this location was not great; coral broke the water surface at some points and you had to be very careful not to get too close so the water surging in and out from the shore didn't drag you across the coral.

Was alot of fun. Could have used more information. Time of pickup. sweated for the pickup time until last moment. Lobsters on island looked good did not bring enough cash to purchase. Idea of price before hand would have been helpful. Other than that great.

Snorkeling was great. Island was great. Sadly we waited 1.5 hours on bus to pick us up and return to Punta Cana. Eventually a local individual called cabs for he 17 stranded people.
